Good product once you figure out how it works Good product once you figure out how it works. Great speed, double stirrer. Lovely coffee froth. Very stupid, pointless hidden switch that holds the cup into a certain level so it wont allow you to go all the way up and stirrer touch the bottom of the cup Very important for a good stir. However there is a solution to keep the hidden switch permanently on if you stick something in there and operate only from the main switch. Problem solved.

Failed after 5 to 7 seconds of first use I bought this for my son’s birthday because he loved the frappes that they made using these ‘plain disc’ machines on holiday in the summer. The motor was not too bad on position one but position two, the higher speed, caused the whole thing to vibrate badly. After 5 to 7 seconds of first use it stopped and refused to work again. It looks pretty poorly designed and, even if you do get one that lasts past the first minute or two of operation, I cannot see something this…

Five Stars Does the job at least as well as mixers twice the price. I would buy again.
