Good value and has performed well I’ve had mine a year now and the only thing I regret is not getting a machine with a bigger capacity. I’ve probably used it 50-60 times and tend to use the simple Ben & Jerry base recipe made with raw eggs and less than 10 mins later it’s in the mixer churning away. Takes from 45 mins to an hour to get it into roughly gelato consistency and a few hours to properly set. I usually make up around 1.5 litres and that will expand with air and the freezing process to 2 litres and do this in two…
