Excellent quality. We bought a Laguiole cutlery service from Amazon, which was absolutely terrible. We gave it to a charity. This Villeroy & Boch service is the replacement, and just feels like great quality. It has the right weight, and it always comes out of the dishwasher sparkling. Eating has become a pleasure again.

Beautiful and classy I just love my new cutlery. It sparkles, slightly heavy giving it a classy feel and is very luxurious. I now love entertaining and showing it off. When we received it the box was slightly crushed. I complained as I wanted to store my special cutlery in it. The company replaced the box with an even nicer one. Very prompt and impressive service. The cutlery looks gorgeous in the special presentation box. Would recomend the product, delivery and service.

Can highly recommend. Good quality – been using daily for 6 months and this cutlery still looks brand new – always wash it in the dishwasher. Can highly recommend.
