Reassuring quality in a disposable world. 20 years ago when we moved to a house with an AGA, I bought a large Woll frying pan. It was expensive even then but still going strong with a flat base and superb nonstick finish. However unable to justify the cost we have never invested in any more Woll products. Consequently we had several small and cheap frying pans but its never long before they either dome or dish, leaving food without contact to the heat.
I would not recommend this pan to anyone We bought our pan at the end of 2015, it was non stick for probably 6 months and now we have to use quite a lot of oil in order for the food not to burn to the bottom. Considering what we paid for it I think the pan is awful! I would not recommend this pan to anyone.
Long term use and never used scourer Fantastic pans that have been using for years. This small frying pan completes a set of 4 others. Washing is so easy – porridge, scrambled egg, burned on food – all come off with minimum use of dishcloth. Never had to use scourer on them.
