Wonderful pan I have had many frying pans and saute pans over the last 30 years but I have to say this is a superb purchase. It cooks perfectly and evenly … its easy to clean and it looks great too. I use it on my halogen cooker and I feel at times that I am cooking on gas 🙂 if that sounds in any way sensible. Superb item great size and depth … I would buy this pan to give as a wedding gift etc without hesitation. Excellent item .. thank you Msr Blanc.

Excellent piece of kitchen equipment Bought it for my son who is a chef and he loves it. Great heat distribution, easy to clean. Nice and deep.
