Really well made I have to admit I don’t know much about Joe Wicks, but I’m starting to like him on the strength of this pan. It’s very nicely made, with a solid handle with good grip and texture. It’s lightweight enough to lift one-handed and get into the sink, but sturdy enough to hold its own on an Aga or range. The spout pours well without splashes, bad drips, or loss of control, which is obviously a benefit when dealing with hot fat. It’s a little heavy for me but nowhere near the weight a cast iron pan would be. I just don’t lift it off of the hob very often when I use it. It’s worth a bit of changing the way I use pans…
