If you want a STICK-TO pan, this is the one for you After just a handful of uses, the smaller pan lost its non-stick properties and became the very opposite of what I thought I purchased in Dec, today is 5th of March. It is only feasible to use it with the entire bottom covered in oil, and even then it is not possible to fry an egg, as it sticks very firmly and totally to the bottom of the pan – even with lots of oil present. I read through a great many reviews of different Green pan frying pans, the Memphis range had the best reviews so I…

Just what we wanted Very pleased with this frying pan and bought it because of all the safety warnings and dangers associated with teflon and other coatings. Took a couple of days to get used to, as you have to heat it slowly before adding oil. It retains temperature so isn’t quite as ‘instant’ to control. It is so easy to clean. We just wipe it around with kitchen paper. I would have found the all ceramic ones way too heavy, but this frying pan is ideal and lovely to use.

Greenpan Memphis 20cm Frying Pan This is the second Memphis I’ve bought. Although following the instructions not to use high heat means frying takes a bit longer, the end result looks and seems to taste better. Having mis-treated a Teflon pan , I’ll be taking more care of this one.
