Great discovery These cooking and frying pans and deep fat fryer/ roasting pan, square, are the best investment I have probably ever made. I gave away all other pots pans frying pans etc and replaced all with these copper units. They are brilliant.

The coating is really good and it fries nicely I managed to wreck my previous greenpan by accident, this is much better actually. The coating seems much more robust and it cooks really evenly. Very good for the price.
