Great oven to table dish Good albeit a little smaller than the one it replaced. Ideal if cooking for two.

A very versatile and good-looking pan! This is a great piece of kitchen kit – perfect for a recipe that needs to be started on the hob, then transferred to the oven. However, using it on the hob DOES require a bit of common-sense. I find it’s best to soak it for a few minutes before using it on a low to medium hob setting. With care, it performs brilliantly, doesn’t stick, and saves transferring the contents from a classic sauté pan to an oven-proof dish half-way through cooking. Today I used mine to make my own baked beans…
