Richard Moscone says:

Superb way to make coffee Just finished my first cup of coffee with the Chemex and I’m totally sold on it. It makes a fantastic brew with the Chemex filters. The coffee beans i’d been using with a french press would produce a slightly bitter and acidic cup but when brewed with this Chemex it’s a totally different cup of coffee. The bitterness and acidity are completely gone, I’m amazed at the difference. I heartily recommend this brewing method.

Nigel A. says:

Form and function heaven! Nothing less than gorgeous. Will take you a while to find your perfect grind, bean, water ratio etc, but hey, that’s all part of the coffee experience. There are dozens of Chemex video tutorials on you tube etc to get you started, and for less than £40, you get a design Classic (permanent collection on design icons at Museum of Modern Art and others)

Mr. Raoul C. Du Valle says:

Coffee at its best. Having tried everal ways of making coffee, this won hands down. Makes smooth clean tasting coffee every time using the Chemex paper filters, would not be without it now as it brings out the character of the freshly ground beans. Easly to clean, no mess, just a joy to use, BRILLIANT !!
