but has worked fine, otherwise no difference at all Bought this in Dec 2012 at a fraction of the price of a well known Italian make. It’s a bargain. OK, it drips a bit when you pour unless you get it just right, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. The handle is very thin compared to its rival, but has worked fine, otherwise no difference at all. We use it daily and it’s been great. By coincidence someone just gave us the Italian version for Christmas (2014) so we have been able to compare. Lovely present, but if your budget is limited…

Nice strong espresso I was introduced to these devices during my recent visit to Italy and ordered one from Amazon whilst still there. It arrived the day after my return. It is a wonderful implement and makes wonderful, strong coffee. I am very happy with it and use it at least twice per week.
