Would not recommend this product – after the first use Would not recommend this product – after the first use, the bottom kept falling out, causing the contents to leak everywhere – think you need to have a re-think of the design.

Mr. Ronald Holt says:

completely unfit for purpose Sent back after a few attempts to make this work. Every time I tried to use this product the blades at the base of the jug would work themselves loose and the contents would spill on the floor still waiting for a refund avoid this product as it’s not fit for purpose only have it 1 star as I couldn’t give it zero.Absolute waste of money avoid this product

Paul Hants says:

The burning smell isn’t nice either. Did Tefal actually do any product testing … Have had this now for 9 months, and I give up with it. Dealt with the problems of the bottom falling out. But it just doesn’t blend, not even something as simple as a smoothie that has plenty of liquid. The problem is that is doesn’t take the mixes down in to the middle where the blades are. The burning smell isn’t nice either. Did Tefal actually do any product testing on this device? Down the dump it can go and hopefully better luck with the next one (which won’t be a Tefal!).
