This product is advertised and illustrated as stainless steel. … This product is advertised and illustrated as stainless steel. The handle is made of plastic and most uncomfortable to use as it doesn’t fit the blades properly, because of this it is not dishwasher proof. Most unsatisfactory.

useless! I bake a lot and love kitchen gadgets! I thought I’m gonna give it a go just to make my life easier. This pastry blender is so useless that it went straight to the bin.It doesn’t help you with taming your pastry at all- it just helps to make more mess…wouldn’t recommend

Margot says:

The handle is not that comfortable in a longer run… It is alright, made of good quality stainless steel but it is quite hard to use for blending pastry really, the handle is not that comfortable in a longer run and rather sharp on the edges. I got blisters blending the pastry. On the other hand the blender came very handy during the Christmas to mash berries in homemade cranberry sauce so it will be used for this purpose from now on.
